PHerc0841 whole-scroll unroll, ufsm coarse-to-fine (c2f), 2026-10-31

Scan: PHerc0841/20250821151531-9.366um-1.2m-113keV-masked.zarr (9.366 um). Main run (not the _cal trial arm). Supersedes
the 10-28 corpus run (volcomp/PHerc0841/representations/ufsm-c2f-20261028, left in place).

Method: wind96 network fields (phase, normals, density) -> global count-field reference model -> slab fits snapped to the
reference (fit-fix build, ufsm master ad6198f, which includes the 3b40993 phase gate and the 2c54b28 OOM guards) -> fit-join
-> per-wrap surfaces (ufsm wraps, --min-cm2 0.5) -> one continuous spiral strip (ufsm strip --last 161) -> strip-flatten
(chunked SLIM + blend) -> render (CT + ift3-24000 ink, holes filled along the normal and inpainted) -> strip-mosaic.

Scores (pod logs, tsv/):
  join: integer agreement on the slab overlaps 0.838
  wrap-check: CT papyrus peaks per fitted turn 0.941 overall (1 = right); 0.72 at 0-1 mm, 1.10-1.02 from 1 to 7 mm,
    0.98-0.89 from 7 to 17 mm, 0.87-0.71 from 17 to 25 mm, falling at the outer edge; verdicts 152 real, 10 dup, 0 merged.
  Outer-end duplicate wraps dropped: w162-w164 (flagged dup) are left out, so the strip stops at w161 (--last 161) and
    wraps/ holds w006-w161 only. w147-w151 and w155-w156 are also flagged as possible duplicates but sit inside the
    outer end and are kept.
  strip: 156 wraps w161 -> w006 (outermost first), 377864 x 3969 vertices, flattened 1096.9 cm x 18.0 cm,
    mesh area 15420 cm2, aniso p50/p95 1.09/1.56, flips 0.18% of area
  renders: 20 stripes at 9.366 um/px, valid 14615 cm2 with fill, on papyrus (CT >= 80 within 3x3 px) 0.701
