PHercParis3 whole-scroll unroll, ufsm coarse-to-fine (c2f), 2026-10-31 (fit-fix redo)

SUPERSEDED / PARTIAL: this upload was stopped on 2026-10-31 at the owner's request and is superseded by the Paris 3
production run in volcomp/PHercParis3/segments/ufsm-prod-20261031/. What is here: strip/ (complete), wraps/ and tsv/
(complete), renders/rgb_fill/ overview.jpg, overview_8000.jpg, strip_long.jpg and ws000-ws035 (complete), and
renders/papyrus/overview_8000.jpg. The interrupted, truncated transfers of renders/rgb_fill/ws036-ws043_ct_ink.jpg
were removed; ws036-ws053 and the other papyrus JPEGs are not uploaded.
Scan: PHercParis3/20260427095331-2.400um-0.2m-78keV-masked.zarr, level 2 (9.6 um). Supersedes the earlier ufsm uploads for
this scroll (volcomp/PHercParis3/segments/ufsm-c2f-20261030 and representations/ufsm-c2f-20261028, left in place).

Method: wind96 network fields (phase, normals, density) -> global count-field reference model -> slab fits snapped to the
reference (fit-fix redo: fit --phase-gate, build 2c54b28) -> fit-join -> per-wrap surfaces (ufsm wraps, --min-cm2 0.5) ->
one continuous spiral strip (ufsm strip --last 390) -> strip-flatten (chunked SLIM + blend) -> render (CT + ift3-24000 ink)
-> strip-mosaic. Renders are FILLED: holes are filled along the surface normal and inpainted, so filled pixels are
inpainted, not data (see the fillmap logs in tsv/).

Scores (pod logs, tsv/):
  join: integer agreement on the slab overlaps 0.853
  wrap-check: CT papyrus peaks per fitted turn 1.034 overall (1 = right); 0.70 at 0-1 mm, 1.09-1.22 from 1 to 8 mm (the
    fit under-counts turns there), 1.02-1.14 from 8 to 20 mm, 0.98-1.02 from 20 to 30 mm; verdicts 198 real, 17 dup, 0 merged
    (dup w154-w155 and w353-w367).
  Outer-end duplicate wraps: none at the outer end (the dup run w353-w367 lies inside it), so none were dropped; the strip
    runs to the outermost wrap w390.
  wraps: 250 wraps w141-w390 (29 more under 0.5 cm2 not written)
  strip: 250 wraps w390 -> w141 (outermost first), 1064355 x 4277 vertices, flattened 3056.9 cm x 21.1 cm,
    mesh area 43732 cm2, aniso p50/p95 1.09/1.42, flips 0.070% of area
  renders: 54 stripes at 9.6 um/px, valid 42734 cm2 with fill, on papyrus (CT >= 80 within 3x3 px) 0.742
