Machine: ZEISS XRadia Versa 620 4X objective lens bin 2 (this is unique to the VERSA system --- it uses geometric magnification and also optical magnification) 60 kV at 108 microamps No filter Exposure time 1 second Field of view: 2.5x2.5 mm Voxel size 2.495 microns The datasets are pre-ink (pure papyrus) and post ink after drawing an arbitrary pattern with a fine toothpick. You are welcome to try and align to the visible light images --- scale for 0.76 images is 7.7 microns per pixel, and scale for 1.61 images is 3.6 microns per pixel. The two reconstructed datasets have been aligned perfectly to each other. The raw 2D images have not been aligned to each other! They are different by a few tenths of a degree!
