Volume Cartographer .volpkg files and folders:
	- config.json: Volume Cartographer configuration file.
	- paths: containing Volume Cartographer segments
	- renders: contains intermediate files created during Volume Cartographer rendering of the "path" segments
	- transforms: contains coordinate system transforms between different scans of the scroll
	- volumes: contains the raw scroll scans. each scan has a unique timestamp as ID and contains a meta.json file with scan specific information.
	- working: contains auxilliary files that were created during the CT scan reconstruction
Additional files and folders:
	- volumes_zarr: contains the original scans in the OME-Zarr format
	- volumes_zarr_standardized: contains the standardized scans in the OME-Zarr format. uses significantly less space on disk.
	- volumes_grids: contains the scroll in 3D tiff cubes. Faster to access 3D localized information. Deprecated in favor of OME-Zarr.
	- thaumato_outputs: contains segmentations and ink predictions from ThaumatoAnakalyptor.
