Each folder contains a segment with the timestamp as a unique name.

Contains:
	- layers: the surface volume (flattened sheet)
	- mask: the mask indicating in the 2D image what is sheet/background
	- other pngs, jpgs: composite image of the sheet, inklabels, masks, ...
	- objs: the 3D mesh representation in the scroll scan of the segment
	- area_cm2.txt: area of segment
	- author: person that created the segment
	- meta.json: information regarding the scan ID this segment belongs to
	- pointset.vcps: original raw output of the segmenters work

The segmentation team sometimes improves a segmentation. in that case they increment the ID by 1 and add "_superseded" to the old segment.
